These are informal terms for EVInstallHub (evinstallhub.com), a small indie directory of EV charger installer listings. They are not a lawyer-drafted contract and they do not create extra rights or remedies beyond ordinary use of a public website.

EVInstallHub publishes installer listings so EV owners can browse options and request quotes, and so installers can claim or update a listing. Listings are compiled from public sources such as Google Business profiles and installer websites. EVInstallHub does not independently audit licenses or insurance.

Contact and business information may appear on listings because it was compiled from public sources, or because someone submitted it through a form on this site.

We do not warrant that any installer is licensed, insured, available, qualified, or a good fit for your job. We do not warrant that listings, prices, ratings, or contact details are complete or current. Confirm license and insurance with the installer before you hire.

If you hire someone you found here, that agreement is between you and the installer. EVInstallHub is not a party to the work and is not responsible for workmanship, delays, permits, or outcomes.

If you send a quote request, review, claim, contact message, or profile update, you are asking us to use that information to operate the directory. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share. Do not use the forms to spam, impersonate someone, or abuse the site.

The site is provided as-is for informational use. Please do not overload our forms or APIs, attempt to break security controls, or scrape the site in a way that harms other visitors.

We may change, correct, or remove listings and pages as the directory is maintained. We may also refuse or delete abusive submissions.
